    Xiaomi redmi note 8 Pro

    I need to be able to connect my redmi note 8 pro either by USB or Bluetooth to my work computer which is an older Mac 10.13.6 The best I can get is a unreadable files from the ether, (phone can't be seen, and they both seem to be invisible to each other) Help Please
