Speaking of recovery: After updating to the latest stable version on Mi11/venus it just boots to stock recovery in Chinese. Any idea what might have gone wrong? Updated from last stable MIUI 13. Edit: I don't know what went wrong, but updating the ROM from another PC fixed it.

As I said: Due to a bug that is also mentioned in the OP you have to boot TWRP through fastboot. You can't install it.

I also fixed the link in my last post (or here again: https://mega.nz/file/ll9wFTIZ#0xxHOMqATmNlkFyUxvioZjaVqiZpdKiirNCskqKEytI). That TWRP bug is sadly a thing at the moment. Start recovery by using 'fastboot boot recovery.img' through PC.
