So, China has 11.0.8.0 as latest for Redmi Note 8. Xiaomi.eu on the other hand, has 11.0.7.0 I think xiaomi.eu is based on China version. So either they missed it or they didn't want to continue. Am i right?

I think Xiaomi.eu missed an update for Redmi Note 8. Maybe they didn't want to continue. China has 11.0.8.0 as latest version. However Xiaomi.eu has 11.0.7.0 Since xiaomi.eu is based on China version, they should have updated their version as well.
