You just download the new rom and boot into twrp and install it and wipe cache if you want. though i wouldnt recommend you install this weeks rom cus its bad.

Dual apps don't work on weekly.

Not that guy, but i have the same problem on my mi 9t. Basically, when you try to create a dual app the phone would reboot, crash, be unable to open any file managing app, etc. I had to reflash the first time this happened to me and i found out about it immediately after i created a dual app cuz...
