is it a good idea to update directly from 12.5.5.0 to 12.5.8.0? so, no problems you encountered? what is the SafetyNet situation? I guess Magisk and editing props solves it?

thanks for clearing that out. I actually noticed it myself, usually after flashing new ROM I had to repeat the whole MagiskHide Props and GPay fix process but this time everything worked out of the box! EDIT: Actually GPay didn't work at first, I had to clear Play Store and Play services data...

ok, I do not use speakers enough to have noticed it but I guess the solution would be a system wide equalizer - like Viper4Android.

I just dirty flashed from 12.2.2, everything seems fine so far. Magisk v22 works, Safetynet passed.

If you are rooted then fell free to use it, it will fix your problem. If you are not rooted then you have to either wait till Xiaomi gets its Play certification right in next update OR root the device and apply Props. You will find how to do it here...

Guys, is it possible to downgrade from 12.2.2.0 to 12.1.5.0 with a dirty flash? On top of the messenger issues I realised that Viper 4Android is broken, not to mention the recovery problems. I regret taking this update a lot.

your version is Android 10 and 12.2.2.0 is A11. you could try to dirty flash the 12.0.8.0 which we the last A10 stable release, don't forget to backup tho. I'd it works for you I'd recommend sticking to it, the A11 releases have recovery issues.

I don't think so, you would need to format data to go from weekly to stable. The weekly release will be newer next week :)

I remember there was only one option with Android 11, I think you had to choose Mi 10 Global version at first.
