The secondary router needs to be ~3m far for the first configuration, even if you are gonna use it in wired mesh configuration. (You can move it LATER) Also the secondary one needs to be in factory reset, with the welcome page still asking for the country :) Is that the situation?

Supposing that the ax1800 is using a global software too I'd say that I think you are receiving cached infos, clean the cache or access the page via anonymous browsing and retry :) the mesh one should be set in uk too!

Hey! I think that I have read somewhere that those are actually used by wireless mesh data sync, that's why you cannot use those channels :) I can see if those are still usable in ethernet mesh in case!

Just download the git repository in a folder (c:\seb\temp is ok) open a cmd, move to the c:\seb\temp (cd c:\seb\temp) and run python -m pip install requirements.txt python addmesh.py

Just download and install python version 3.7 or higher https://www.python.org/downloads/ And then you run the two commands that I have reported in GitHub, and you are good to go :)

Hi @schuschu , are you sure that you are using the mac address of the 5GHz network? I tried with 6 different devices in a lot of different regions and always worked fine for me. Also: are they both using the latest global firmware? (3.0.22?)
