I've just noticed that since adding a mesh using the routine my option to make a backup (using browser in settings/status) has been removed. Anyone else noticed this, and worked out how to backup?

Not my script or expertise really, but as a suggestion can you power off the first mesh, then mesh the second one, then power up the whole system?? Just a thought.

I have an AX3600 with global firmware and a Chinese AX1800 which the routine very successfully meshed. Make sure you have done a factory reset on the AX1800 and locate it close to the main router.

Are you sure its not working as mesh. If the boxes are set to different regions the app will only see the original box. However, use the web browser, find the ip address of the mesh box, then log into it from the browser. You will then see what has attached via the mesh.

I am not aware of any global software for the AX1800, the current software is 1.0.378. I am not aware of how to change the region once meshed. Not a big deal, if global software is available I will update - but not sure how that would work whilst meshed. May have to update software (once...
