[HELP] How to turn on VoLTE in Xiaomi Mi 11

Hi everyone. I just bought Mi 11 yesterday and it still run on China room, I am from U.S. And I check IMEI on many websites, such as T-mobile, Ultra...etc, but it said my phone doesn't support VoLte. I can't believe that Mi 11 don't have Volte. Please help me out. Thanks.
