I did find a fix... I erase all data from settings->apps->Messenger, then uninstall it. Then i install a earlyer version ( 260.0.0...) , turn off automatic update from app and from google play... Now still work, but i can send any pictures... Maybe the teams will fix it... Untill then... Just wait
