okay next step: if i try to just enter fastboot boot twrp-recovery-venus in cmd it says command unkown manually start the img says: Image is broken. Redownloaded several times.

Sadly i dont understand step 4. TWRP is in Fastboot Folder on the Phone. Phone is in Fastbootmode and conected to PC. Big Bunny on the Phone Screen. PC recognised phone. And now step 4?

Or have I to just install update via updater?

OK. I don't get it. I have now read through 15 forum posts. How do i Install the TWRP for Mi11? Please could someone write an instruction for newbies? Just using Fastboot was easy compared to installing twrp. :,(
