I've just successfully installed last firmware. I've unplugged the device (by chance), when i've plugged again, and the app has recognized the device, it has shown the message of available update, but this time it has begun the download, then install, and now the device is in the last firmware...

Region: Spain Same problem here. The update shows, i push "upgrade now", says "downloading 0%" for one or two seconds, and then does nothing. I've tried a different region with the same result.
