So little update. For my case, i don't see device number with adb devices command. But i anyway, i do the update because my drivers was ok. And no problem with the update. something new

The tuto in first page is pretty good for me. I have succesfully installed TWRP with that.

For install, you need to "inject TWRP onekey" After that, you can install the zipp rom
