    Do I need to do this step: "Go to "Advanced" and select "Onekey inject TWRP" in order for the TWRP to persist when I go into recovery?

    Wonder if you skipped these platform-tools steps what would've happened. Especially the set_active_a, because you were on slot b. I guess more people need to try them before flashing.

    Did you update to 12.5 before or after unlocking bootloader the first time?

    How about trying to press enter when it hangs at "setting to slot a" ?

    Did you update to 12.0.13 while waiting for the bootloader to be unlocked?
