I tried turn off or on auto refresh rate it's still 60hz

Hello guys im using the stable miui 12.5.4 version on my mi11ultra and i set my refresh rate to 120hz and i open my youtube app the refresh rate will be change to 60hz scrolling on 60hz its look so s**t does any one can solve this problem? i tried previous version i clear all the battery...
