Those notifications are coming from 'Security' app. Open it and see if there is a setting to disable that pop-up. If not, disable the Security app all together.

Does anyone else have a problem with the touchscreen not working on MI9t Pro/K20 Pro? My screen will stop working out of nowhere, and when I force restart the phone, using the power button, it starts working again I don´t think it´s the screen, because it starts working again when I restart...
