I have the same problem with a Redmi Note 5 pro after installing the las xiaomi eu update, 12.0.3.0. When I flash magisk in TWRP i get stucked at redmi logo and I have waited more than 15 min. I used v23.0.zip. Do I need another version? I followed the steps above but didn´t work for me.
