Its working on POCO F3 (Alioth). I copied the weekly to the downloads folder, rebooted into Fastboot, flashed TWRP and used it to flash the weekly. No errors, no hassle.

Just did it and it solved all the issues with sounds. Thank you, the phone is back to normal.

Im having the same issue on POCO F3. Everything that I do that activates any sound makes the phone freeze, even on High Performance mode. Changing the Ringtone freezes. Calls freeze. Any app with sound freezes. Tried doing a Fresh Install, but the problem persists.

I would want to install newer versions of system apps, like Game Turbo, for example, but the system won't allow updates to system apps. Is there any way I can remove this block? I'm on the latest weekly for POCO F3. I'm not Rooted.
