Stuck in bootloop and unable to flash fastboot

Hi Guys, I am in need of a answer if i can have any. I am using Max 3 with Global ROM. The bootloader is by default locked. I am unable to access recovery boot into MIUI only to fastboot. Been following guide in trying to flash the fastboot but no dice.Tried CN stable, RU/EU stable and Global...
