i think this twrp has problems (or maybe i did something wrong i was doing it for the first time) anyway I was able to install rom by fastboot and I did it, it worked thx guys for trying help me and if u can plis write me how to update the rom.

i run RUN_TWRP.bat and it dont start (it still in fastboot mode and my computer see the device)
