    For me, permission manager was under settings - Data protection - permission manager (21.10.20).. Now, on 21.10.27 i don't see the permission manager in settings.

    Flash the rom again, before entering your Google account data, skip the setup, go to permission manager in settings, and erase data from permission manager. After that u can finish the setup progress and enter your Google account.

    Which version u flashed? Do u get a FCS from permission manager, before phone reboots to TWRP?

    Anyone problems with twitter and laggy scrolling? Same problem fot me on 21.5 17 stable, no problem on EEA/Global with twitter? Scrolling performance on most apps is perfect with 21.10 20, only twitter feels really bad.
