How do I get access to root directory via computer

Hello, I've got a Mi8 and flashed with Miui12.5.1 stable rom and magisk. Before I did this I've created a backup for several things. Now I wanted to import those things. I've connected my phone via USB with the PC and all what I can see is the internal storage with different folders but the app...
