I'm also on the last available weekly for MI11 and would like to get the issue resolved. The last stable is pretty old compared to the weekly and I assume it cannot be flashed over the weekly without issues. I haven't rooted the device as I didn't have a need for doing that. Would the latest...

This one after a few days of using it feels more clunky on Mi11 than the previous weekly. Since there is no way forward anymore for Mi11 I flashed previous weekly again. Device responds much smoother again. Won't flash this one again, but stay on previous weekly.

MI11 - works nicely but came with some really ugly custom icons (Amazon, OneDrive, Aquamail etc.) How do I switch back to the original app icons, that were provided by the developers of the apps? (still present in settings menus, but screwed up on screen and drawer) Any help appreciated...
