Yes I already restarted it many times. The brightness does not decrease drastically, only very slightly for a short time.

No. I had weekly 22.3.16 and wanted to update to 22.3.22, but It didn't work. It went to recoverz everytime i tried to start my mi 11. So I tried to downgrade to 22.3.16 back but the problem is still the same.
