I reverted back to the stock ROM and locked my bootloader just to fix this since I really need this banking app. I'm assuming it was the unlocked bootloader that was getting flagged since it was the only thing that were suspicious based on Momo checker result.

I was having the same issue on my 11T Pro. One solution I found is just to reboot to recovery mode again (via the reboot option in TWRP) and try to flash the rom (repeat if necessary) until you successfully flash the rom
