Yes, it's normal. In China, the POCO F3 is sold as the Redmi K40. Since the xiaomi.eu ROM's are based on the Chinese versions, the device is shown as Redmi K40 instead of POCO F3. Accordingly, when the POCO F4 is out and xiaomi.eu release a new ROM for it, it will be shown as the Redmi K50.
