Where can I see the change notes between the 13.0.7 and 13.0.12 on mi11 lite 5g?

Is there a problem with the Xiaomi stable mi11 lite 5g 13.0.8 ? Im trying to download it all night but the download speed is so slow (20 kb/s) that goes to 0 after 2 minutes and automatically cancel the process. Tried with Edge and chrome.

I installed the 13.0.4 stable in my mi 11 lite 5g and today i saw that the 13.0.7 was launched but my phone is saying that there are no updates avaible. What should i do? It will show the avaible update in my phone or i must install trough Fastboot ? And if i use the fastboot mode, will i lose...

I did everything if caution and its not working, i dont know what to do now and i cant stay without a phone!!!!! after installing the fastboot rom, the phone restarted on recovery mode and go back to it after reboot. why didnt worked and what should i do ???? edit: a tried a second time and worked
