I dont have a Poco F6, and I've never tried these apps. As Far As I can think maybe these apps are not developed to be on Floating mode and this can cause your problem. Try to do the same with other apps like Youtube or Twitch or even random apps. if everything is ok then it's a app's bug...

looks like background app problem. Try to clear cache or put a less aggressive battery backup mode

If you dirty flash you wont lose data. Also you can always go back by reflashing an old version

before use adb command, make sure that your device is plugged correctly on your phone. Try with Adb devices and see if you can see your device P.S. if your cmd is stuck on Waiting for device you can close your cmd, since nothing started for installation

Try with some other wallpapers, sometimes HyperOs cant use this fuction bc of how wallpaper is done

there is no need of detailed answer or guide. As we are saying on these pages is that you can dirty flash HyperOs and some users said that looks fine and had zero problems. However clean install (wipe data) is recommended.
