    Yes, twrp latest image - boot.img to root in PC , downloaded ROM to root in mobile. CMD run as admin and type fastboot boot boot.img. Mobile boot into twrp and select install and path to downloaded ROM. Reboot

    Just boot that image (not flash): fastboot boot boot.img, then flash the update zip. New TWRP will be added to system automatically during flash. You will not lose data. Write Orjon few post later

    Same problem for me too. This is very stupid slowdown feel of mobile RN10. Same problem after update stock EEA firmware 13.0.4.0 to 13.0.5.0, therefore I update xiaomi.eu firmware 13.0.7.0 via fastboot. New 13.0.8.0 is same stupid as european 13.0.5.0 - both uses new control center
