I dont see yours working, i just see it says connect device???, just like mine does, however when i do connect my phone, note 10 pro, pc suite does not detect it. Its my understanding that Pc Suite was scrapped a long time ago and wont work with all ne xiaomi phones.

Scrap that...... i see it no longer works, is there any alternatives to PC suite for the Note 10 pro that i can backup and restore my phone with on the pc please?
