I've found the new weekly 30/31 has resolved notifications and also allows face unlock to work properly again.

I've found that the issue is with auto mode and the phone choosing to do a slow shutter speed of 1/25 even with half decent light. . This is too slow and result in blurry shots, compared to my pixel 7 that would use 1/50 in the same shot. I now use Pro mode with 1/100 on kids and subjects.
