I can't understand why people is saying wrong things. TWRP for Xiaomi 14 as expected is NOT WORKING on 14 ultra (global version with 1.0.9 eu). Back to stock recovery.

!4 or 14pro? Are you sure? Chinese or global version of 14 ultra? One person in our Elite group tried both and they didn't work, booting but after 5 seconds going to fastboot.

Sorry you are right it's not my first phone and I didn't try to call...google assistant is working, but not the phone calls or recording...let's wait for a fix EDIT: After a new reboot the mic is working but I will check later if it will continue to work correctly

Sorry but I tried the same steps and after setup as a new device tried gallery and aurotorotation isn't working..then after few seconds error "system process not working", Device not usable, many force closing, autoreboot (China Stable 11 to Eu Stable 1tb device). Thanks anyway for your work...

You're welcome. May be you are right, I activated using a sim...the wifi network is working well outside the setup procedure, but it has some problems inside that procedure...I don't know why, I ilòl investigate. Thanks again for your job.
