Xiaomi 12S Pro keep killing background apps

Is there any way to stop it from killing background process? I have an important app that I use to receive VoIP calls, it's being killed consistently. I've locked it from process view, enable auto start-up, no restriction for battery. I Google a bit, it's said that turning MIUI optimization off...
