Help. I get this message when I try to factory reset my 12S Ultra :If the/ sd card directory is empty, please manuallyselect to /data/media to view the file The phone is working very well, with MIUI 14.0.13.0 I have had: 10 Ultra, 11 Ultra, 12 Ultra and now 13 Ultra.
