The eu rom don't have complet radio packages for MI 13 in the last versions for mi12s ultra. If you don't flash modem from original Chinese rom you will not able to use your operator chip (GSM) until flash a modem package compatible.

Flash original Chinese rom of MI 13 in the flashboot mode then flash eu version of mi14 14 (dev 3-1-23).

For me works. I don't use in work profile, but I use with app company portal.

Fixed for me. I did a dirty install of the last beta (v14.0.23.1.3.DEV). First download the latest version in download folder of your mobile. Install the new version of twrp, and flash the new version with the new twrp.

I have made a downgrade only for this... Someone else have the same success with the new rom for MI 12S Ultra?

In Mi 12 Pro it works. In MI 12s Ultra it's don't works.

I had install new version in mi12 pro of my wife with the new version of Microsoft company app beta, and it's works on mi14! Is anyone as lucky?

I have the same issue. I think it's a problem with the app company portal, because when I install others office 365 app the problem don't happens. When I install the company portal, all others office 365 apps display a blackscreen.

For me, only black screen in apps of office 365. I had install the apps again, but nothing happens...

I have one mi12s ultra, updated today from miui13 stable with a dirty install to miui14. Everything looks good, some things to relate: 1 - multi-apps options, like resize, in task menu not working. 2 - unable to change background lockscreen image. 3 - incompatible with Microsoft...
