Help with Mi Flash

I have a POCO F3 which is currently stuck on fastboot. I have tried flashing a firmware with the Mi Flash Tool and this seems to work ok right up until the final moments when it fails with the message "Unspecified error(0x80004005: 'Set active error"). Can anyone tell me why this is happening...
