TWRP not decrypting data

Hello I used the TWRP in my link bellow, which is twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.2_A13-star-skkk. I had the same decryption issues on my Ultra 11. I hope will solve your issues. I did an update from 13 to 14. https://sourceforge.net/projects/recovery-for-xiaomi-devices/files/star/
