Few tries would be an understatement, probably up from 10 to 20 times. As long the phone remains powered and not rebooted, it will not suffer from this condition.- lyzzz

I somehow managed to solve this by restarting the phone multiple times (hold the power button). However, the problem will return on the next reboot.- lyzzz
