No, I don't have phone rooted. This bug appears since yesterday, when I installed latest ROM. That's why I think this could be a consequence of the "Google Services keeps stopping" issue with this ROM. Thank you anyway

Nuwa. At the moment, gallery is working fine. Seems to be fixed but it's better to wait a few hours untill telling something definitively.

Yes, you're right. It's a temporary fix, not resolves the problem definitely. I used the commands twice but the gallery is still failling.
