Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S bootlooping and cant acces fastboot and recovery mode

I installed with twrp a new version of miui on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S after install and rebooting the Phone keeps restarting and I cant get into fastboot and recovery. And I cant acces twrp anymore. Can you guys help me I dont want to waste 200 dollars ?
