Mi Unlock "The place where the account is registered does not match the place where the phone is sold" I'm getting error

can you unbrick the k60 ultra?
Rooting has failed. I accidentally flashed a different version of init-boot.img. This is why I'm stuck in a logo loop. I can get into fastboot mode, but I can't flash the official ROM with miflash.
