As per contents of your message I confirm: 1) May account is active in terms of phone number, email address and account number. I can sign into Mi Cloud too. 2) My settings screen is different where I don't have a Used Data screen. 3) I changed the region to US All are met with the same error...- Mikexx

Many thanks for your reply. I carried out the instructions above to the letter. However the problem persists. I don't know if it makes any difference but the MIUI version is 12.5.3- Mikexx
