Im sorry, i dont understand. Why would i use a ROM from xiaomi.eu? And what ROM shoud i use if you shoud use it. And will there be dataloss? And what does SW mean?

I bought the buds, but the app doesnt show all the features, it shows the same settings as for the redmi buds 3 pro, so no head tracking and ldac audio. I already deleted the old buds out of the system, and i use the settings app (i have xiaomi phone: redmi note 11 pro). Any idea how to fix? I...
