    Xiaomi 12 pro slow and lagging

    Just got the 12 pro , previously had 10 note pro. The 12 seems very slow and lags even with a couple of apps open, not very responsive at all and so far less than impressed. Any ideas to why, is it the 12system or faulty phone perhaps? Any advice appreciated
