if you could read, you could see that they've said multiple times that it had problems and were removed until fix.. -

"Redmi Note 12 NFC/non-NFC ROMs have been removed. If you downloaded it, try to make a log." Someone commented that it had bootloop, idk if that was a universal issue, but something was wrong with it.
