Unable to connect Mi 10 to pc via usb

Hey Kater, I'm having a similar problem with my Redmi 10 lite. I'm been stuck in a reboot loop and I'm trying to use the PCsuite to back up the phone, but when I get to recovery mode and try to connect the phone to my computer via USB the PCsuite doesn't recognize that my phone is connected...
