Sorry now the TWRP open the issue was the twrp img was corrupted now i downloaded again and its working sorr

May i ask how to properly install the twrp? I tried to open the img file (extra copy) the photo below shows.. what i did is i extra the toolkit then put in new folder..is it wrong?

Sorry i sent the wrong photo. I haved follow the TWRP but transferring the ROM to phone storage i didn't try because the phone is on FASTBOOT mode. Is it okay i will open to put the rom to phone storage then put back to FASTBOOT mode again? I renamed to twrp.img then run AB rec and follow...

Update i install the TWRP with A/B rec the repeat rom flashing the it shows MI logo then back to FASTBOOT mode

I will put this to twrp-3.7.1_12-v8.6_A14-houji-skkk.img to TWRP toolkit right?

Yes i use the first install I'll download again the twrp and follow this instructions
