Hey, did you achieve any success in getting the fan to work properly again? I have a similar problem and would be interested in the solution. (my fan stops workig when taken out of the charging station)

Hey there, my Smart Fan 2 stops working when I take it out off the charging station. In the app it is still shown as "online" and if it was working. When I try to control it in-app, there's an Error (..an error occured...) and nothing happes. Last year it worked perfectly and I din't change...
