How do i get back the animations ?

i installed the Xiaomi.eu rom on my redmi note 13 (saphiren) and i don't have the animations, I could have the animations on the global ROM but on the xiaomi.eu ROM, my phone refuses to update the launcher because "unable to install system apps from unoficial channels"
