Solved by cleaning cash of NFC Service system application.

Seems like again issue with Google Wallet nd NFC payments. Now have it on Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G. I tried to restart NFC, uninstall and install again Googla Pay, remove and add cards. It stopped to work after 28th Feb'25, exactly when March started. I don't think there was any HyperOS...
