Global Xiaomi 14 - SIM card Problem

Hello everybody. I have same issue. Physical SIM working well, but when I install new esim it's losing network on both SIM (physical and esim) and never catch network until I switch off esim. I've seen the solution with modem flash but I don't have option now to unlock bootloader. Is there any...
